My name is niranjan hande my mobile number is [protected], i have account in flipkart have ordered 2 product one is on 3rd may 2020 amount rs.1699 another is on 4th may 2020 rs.1649 using my hdfc mastercard debit card, after order i have cancelled my product on same day due to some reason but till date i not received my paid amount rs.3348. I need my money urgently have some personal problem, please help me to get my money back.

    I am unable to update my mobile number .
    whenever i enter correct OTP and password, i got a pop-up showing identifier is already in use.
    However the number which i want to add, i deactivated the account related with that number.

        I have ordered redmi 8 (6/64) on 22 march but not delivered nor shipped yet. I tried to contact to Flipkart executive but still there is no response from their side. That phone is urgent for me so kindly make in stock and make to deliver it as soon as possible.

          I ordered my product on 21 march 2020 but still i havent recieve my product yet if you don't want to delivery my product then please us so we can't wait for that, if my product will not deliver within 8 days then i am going to file a complaint against flipkart and truenet commerce, because too many expected date given to customer but still we didn't recieve our product, try to deliver our product within 8 days.

            I had ordered a watch from flipkart then i returned the product and created a return request but it has been much than 2 months but till now i didn't got my refund amount on my account
            Whenever i contacted with flipkart customer care they told me that they have completed my refund and processed refund amount to my bank account
            But i didn't got my refund amount

              I had returned the item which i ordered from flipkart and then i also created a refund request then i got a message from flipkart that they have completed the my refund but it is over than 2 month but still i didn't got my refund money back
              I have tried and contacted to them again and again but they are saying that they have completed the refund
              I had contact to my bank also but they told me that flipkart has not refunded any amount on my account

                  Flipkart information to me We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                  But I cancelled only two products... without any intimation Flipkart going to block customers account... without any intimation is not right process to block and first Flipkart inform to customer what's problem going though my account ...I will rectify my problem ...after informed by Flipkart if I can't change my account ...then Flipkart blocks me is right process ...I have 1800 Flipkart plus coins in my account ... please give 10000 against 1800 plus coins

                    Order ID - OD[protected] I HAVE ORDERED A DOG CHEW STICK BUT THE SELLER DELIVERED WRONG ITEM THE STICK IS LIKE A METAL STICK IT Can't BEND and it is having white powder on it like fungus my dog is doing vomiting after eating it and the seller is not returning the order pls I request you to refund my money and take your order back.

                      I have ordered from flipkart as per the following details :

                      Order no./date amt paid delivery date given

                      3rd april 2020 rs. 1200 8th april 2020

                      8th april, 2020 rs. 1530 initially promised 16th april, 2020 & then changed to 22nd april 2020

                      In both the above orders are pet food items. First order is of 6 kg pedigree. Second order consist of 6 kg. Pedigree and 1 packet of gravy item. The orders were placed for my pune residence where my son stays with his pet dog. I am residing in mumbai. Due to restricted movement for people in general, i took the route of ordering online.

                      Both the above orders are still remained to be delivered.in fact, all the items are lying at their pune facility. I don't know the reason for non-delivery. By 16th april, 2020 the situation was not that bad. All the e-commerce entities were delivering the products smoothly.

                      On non-delivery of items till 22nd april, 2020, i constantly started following up with them thru various mediums. I first contacted them on their application and they promised it to resolve in 48 hours. Then i took to twitter to complain. Every time they would send an email to wait for another 48 hours. Sometimes, they asked me to wait for 5 days.

                      I am tired and hence raising a complain with you for non-delivery of essential items on the pretext of covid 19 situation. My area in pune is not in containment zone. All other e-commerce entities are delivering the goods with a delay of one or two days. This people are harassing customers. They neither want to deliver nor they want to accept their inability to deliver. They are sitting on my money for the last one month. Imagine if they are sitting on such orders for such a long time. If that is the truth, then they are garnering crores of rupees of people illegally.

                            I requested for return of my order in the month of march.
                            Return was not picked up due covid-19 pandemic.
                            As per flipkart account my return request is accepted. Still flipkart wants me to pay on my pay later flipkart account for product i have requested for return.

                            I am getting messages and automated calls everyday to pay for thing i have requested for return. They are asking me to pay late fee also for the order return is already accepted.

                            Flipkart is unable to pickup, so flipkart is harassing customer to pay.
                            Kindly assist us...

                              I have ordered lg g7+ thinq during sales on march 21, 2020. The order did not ship until may 4th 2020. I have heard the news that the local authorities have permitted to deliver the pending online orders and my friends in my locality have received the orders they have placed. My order reached hyderabad 6th may and wandered here and there till may 8th and finally at rest there it self from then till now.

                              I contacted the customer care and they have replied that my delivery will reach by 15th may 2020, but it didn't. Even though the reply is not as easy. I have contacted them through twitter and they responded. It has been two months till now and i demand compensation from the company from the date of permission issued by the authorities till the date of delivery. My order id is od[protected]. I demand immediate action from the company and also compensation from the company, flipkart. I even had no idea when my order is going to reach me.

                              Moreover my trust over the company is broken and i pledge to not buy anything from that company again...

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I ordered the products tulip ear cleaning buds and jockey shorts and delivery came to deliver today but they refused because they thought the payment is not made but i had made the payments through card in the morning. When i checked in the application it is showing the product has been delivered which is wrong. I want flipkart to return my money as soon as possible otherwise i will escalate this matter. Sucha pathetic service from flipkart.

                                      Havn't reciver the product after 2 months of waiting, even after the relaxation on lockdown, flipkart customer scervice is not helpful either. It seems that the computer is just giving more posponed dates, and is starting to feel the whole flipkart if fake, the product has reached our locality for a month (15th april).

                                      Flipkart had also chrger 2 month of emi, to be fair the emi shoul be charged frome only june, othewise we are paying for someting that we are not having or using.

                                      Its been stuck on a place where we can walk to and get. It was an absolute catastrophy that your delivery service has been. its because flipkart is a familiar company we bought it from u rather than buying it from samsungs official site and it has been the abolute worst decision to choose flipkart rather than samsung store.

                                      Would u please deliver it befor the samsung s999 will be debuted.
                                      Please do try your best in solving the problem as soon as possible, we had done all we can including asking the nearest ekart center, which went well.

                                      Now the product has gone up in price in both of the stores and not a good idea to cancell the item now, please help.
                                      also the the EMI hasnt have started 2 months befor.
