I have done payment on april 9th of rs.3201 for flipkart pay later. As this issue, i reported and flipkart app this payment is not reflected. Still, flipkart is telling this transaction failed. As i confirm twice with my kotak bank as this transaction has reached the merchant. I got a success message from google pay and flipkart as this transaction has reached the merchant. I am sending the passbook of the bank as this transaction happens.
I waited up to many times and called flipkart many times, even two or three times flipkart executive telling it will be taken by backend or collection team until now this is not solved.
I complain on april 9th until now daily flipkart is calling and asking me to pay the amount but when i tell the issue they will tell they have moved this issue to escalation team.
