This is to inform that i am frustrated with flipkart services does not seem to be genuine anymore, we have placed for a VU TV received juts 2 days before lockdown since we found and suspected that the TV is used and the same is conveyed immediately to customer care and the refund is initiated for the same with an assurance given to us that the product will be picked up. Immediately since the nation has declared lockdown we have not got any call nor the customer care was open, I have written emails repeatedly to their given email ID but there was no reply. Later after the resumption of services and relaxation of lockdown to the ecommerce services I again approached flipkart customer care and no body is cared to listen to the complaint and I had to explain muliple times our problem .
The TV is stuck with us, I dont want that TV at all, my money is stuck, I have to pay my credit card . one more Important thing is since we did not like the TV, after placing immediate return request we have placed an order for a new TV and now the flipkart is able to deliver that product to me but never addressed our complaint to take the other TV return, ,
See that was an unfortunate situation for us because the lockdown was delcared the same day night when we placed return request of the TV and it was APPROVED By the team also.
PLEASE HELP US TO TAKE THIS PRODUCT BACK AND RETURN OUR MONEY, OUR MONEY IS STUCK WITH 2 TV'S PLACED WITH FLIPKART.
KINDLY HELP US FROM THIS UNFORTUNATE SITUATION, WE NEED OUR MONEY IN THESE TOUGH DAYS.
