    I have done payment on april 9th of rs.3201 for flipkart pay later. As this issue, i reported and flipkart app this payment is not reflected. Still, flipkart is telling this transaction failed. As i confirm twice with my kotak bank as this transaction has reached the merchant. I got a success message from google pay and flipkart as this transaction has reached the merchant. I am sending the passbook of the bank as this transaction happens.

    I waited up to many times and called flipkart many times, even two or three times flipkart executive telling it will be taken by backend or collection team until now this is not solved.

    I complain on april 9th until now daily flipkart is calling and asking me to pay the amount but when i tell the issue they will tell they have moved this issue to escalation team.

      I should tell everyone that i am unable to play any of the games and quiz on flipkart's app since september 2019 and i also reported and continuously reporting about this issue to so-called customer care services representatives since i experienced this problem but they don't present there to help their faithful customers like me. They are always busy to give me nonsense answers regarding my issue. They are giving excuses which are really meaningless.

            Hi sir, ma'am,

            I was going through my credit card statements. And it was really shocking for me that how you treat with your customer. From last dec my emi installment is deducted from my credit card and this one is the 5th installment. Still the amount is not refunded to my account. And whenever i am trying to contact customer care they are saying like we will reach back to you asap. But still no reply from your end. I know that there is mistake from my end that i am raising this issue after long period of time. But i trusted your service and there are so many emi going through my credit card but somehow it is not reviewed by me.

            And the message you have given in order details is
            Your shipment has been cancelled. ₹18325.0 as refund will be added to your hsbc visa credit card *1132 by dec 04, 2019.

            Still emi is going on from my credit card.

            I trusted you blindly and seriously flipkart is really looting us very badly.

            I am not going to buy any product from flipkart now onwards if you are treating your customer like this. You are not even giving any response to my request.

But I have already provided you the DEC 2019 and APR 2020 credit card statement.               Game zone access denied to me. Reason sighted is “we encourage fair play...”.

              What i fail to understand is how have i done something unfair? This has been baffling me and i am considering to deactivate my plus account membership.

              What’s happening here? Was depending these games during corona lockdown. Am i blocked because i was winning 25 rupee voucher everyday? That could be a cheap strategy.

                    I used to look for product using my e mail address but never bought anything but accidentally i used another account using my phone no later i got to now the different account i always had bought product using my phone no and have collected many supercoins using this account. When i got to know about that i deactivated my account that was using my email id, and then i tried to update my email address on my account that is using my phone no but it doesn't update that page is just not responding it doesn't take my email id

                        flipkart asking my personal bank details to refund my order

                        I placed two orders first order id: od[protected] on 21st march 2020 and second order id: od[protected] on 20th march 2020. Both orders were cancelled on 1st march due to corona virus which was ok i understand. After that on 7th april i got a message refund has been initiated and it will reach the bank till 15th april.                         pay later idfc fraud

                        I have flipkart account with email [protected]@gmail.com and flipkart without any notice take withdrawn amount 60k as a personal loan and even i don’t have any intimation about that. I recently checked my cibil score history there idfc personal loan active. I contact with idfc bank and they told me flipkart doing this. As of now i have flipkart pay later limit ₹15000. So kindly let me know what was that amount 60k....

                          I have booked a ticket from rome to kochi on march 11 2020. But unfortunately airindia itself cancelled the flight. I started calling on flipkart from 13 march 2020 itself for refund.
                          Total 22 times i called their customer care.
                          Every time will take the request to cancel the booking and they will ensure the refund with in 7 days. After the call ends i will a mail telling "your cancellation request has been cancelled"
                          And it been more than 1 month.. And still continuing the same.

                            I am an ca final year student. I had ordered for a indirect taxation book for studies. I have received an engineering book. I had immediately complained on 21 mar 2020.

                            Due to lockdown, no one has come to pick up the wrong product and replace with correct product.

                            Now flipkart officials their 10 day return policy is over and no refund shall be given

                              I had order grocery items on flipkart app, the time of accepting the order dishoom in the system that the items available but last 12 days they are not able to to deliver the grocery items even if they don't have stock why do they collect orders and accept payments.
                              Despite several emails they don't have a courtesy to revert back on emails there executive calls after 24 hours of the email and ask some time from us stating they will get back to us i don't understand from last 10 days if they are not capable of work from home culture why do this companies even work from home.
                              Even when we call for a higher level escalation they say then office is closed due to covid 19 and are unable to coordinate with their seniors for escalation.
                              I do not know faith in flipkart.

                                I have ordered for three n95 face masks vide order id no od[protected] which was to be deliverd by 22nd march 2020 but it could not delivered due janta curfew organised by govt of india and advised by flipkart that it will be delivered by 28th march 2020 but unfortunately it was not delivered due to lockdown declared by govt of india. Ultimately order was stand cancelled by flipkart themself and approved for refund order id no.[protected] which said to be credited to account by 9th april 2020 but i am sorry to inform that the rfund amount rs. 1134 still not credited to my account. Please look into the matter and expedite to credit refund amount as soon as psible an advise the fate by mail n my mail id kripa.                                   I have purchased 3 phone for my brother sister and my father then after they blocked my account and claiming that i was reselling that phone.. How they get to know that i was reselling and is that possible?? And now i have wrote multiple emails to them but they not resolve it yet. I was a frequent customer on there site because everything in my family was ordered with my account and that's why my account has many super coins.
