The order i.d. for my order is od[protected] which i have received on 5th sep 18 and i requested for refund it on 6th of sep the expected date given for that was 10th but product was not picked i again request for refund the date given me was 11th sep again no pickup then the date given me was 18th sep but no pickup up to 18. now i am talking to customer care they are saying mam we are forwarding your request... nobody providing me correct information that my product will pick or not... they are telling me the same which are available on screen... please tell me i made a mistake that i purchased the product from flipkart... i am a very regular customer of flipkart... help if in ur hand Was this information helpful? | |||||
