I ordered one NASHER MILES Mumbai check-in Luggage, which i recived on oct 2nd 2021 and it was broken/damaged. I raised the request for return, So they promised for pickup on 18th oct 2021, which has not been done, again I raised the request for return, then I have ben informed that pickup will done on 27th oct 2021 but I didn't received any call no updates on it. I called the cc 20-30 times no resolution has been provided. Now some are saying it will be done by 29th oct and some 6th November, I called cc and informed them that I will be leaving my place on 4th of nov, they are not doing anything on it. No pick up has been done yet, I am very tired of following them and it is really making me feel so pathetic and regretfully that I I have ordered this product from flipkart. The service of flipkart is so worse that I cant take there excuses any more. Not a single customer care executive provided me help, even they were so rude, they scold me for keep following up. They are only wasting my time, They are keep convincing me and always giving me new dates. They talk very rude. They are doing there work at all. I have many things to share about CC but, After this some one will definitely lose his/her job. After this I will make sure that I will uninstall the application and will never use it again.
