[Resolved]  Flipkart — bad behavior towards customers and fail of cash on delivery service

I ordered a laptop hp on 22/11/17 and it showed free delivery by 25/11/17. And today the day of delivery i got a call from flipkart delivery man that your product has reached and he said he is not able to deliver the product because he is sacred that some damage will happen to it while delivery. If the product can reach from bengluru to kerala (Thiruvalla) flipkart hub without any problem then why he cant deliver the product to my house without damage. He asked me to come and collect the product from flipkart hub. I said i can"t, after he compelled me to collect the product from the hub, in reality it is written free delivery of product then why they cant deliver to my house which is just 2km away. Ok then when we went to the outlet to collect the product, i just asked about the delivery problem, they are just saying because the delivery person is scared to deliver without damage. The people there are very rude supporring only their customers they are using vulgor words and they embarresed me in front of all the people there, it was such a bad way of treating customers. Their bad way o[censored]sing words and actions insulting us was worst experience ever. I had taken by big brother with me otherways they would have bashed me up in all ways. This kind of service from flipkart how can the customers buy products from flipkart after this type of behavior towards customers.
