[Resolved] Flipkart — Bad delivery | |||
I bought a product from Flipkart and after waiting for 10 days I got to know that the product is misplaced. No communication from Flipkart that this happened.. I only found it out. After complaining about it they asked me to cancel and rebook the order. Well so irresponsible they are rather than rectifying their mistake they are putting on customer that they have cancelled the product.. So irresponsible.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 23, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer and informed him that the shipment got lost in transit so it has been informed to him to cancel the order so informed to customer that we will look into it that such mishaps does not get repeats again in future.

giving me the promise of getting the product delivered in a day moreover i paid for express one day delivery(total waste of express delvery charges) and on the day of dispatch they tell me that they will tell the delivery date soon.
