I parvez ambilkar mobile no [protected] On 6-9-2016 we have order dress material id 0d[protected], but due to very bad quality of the product we have cancelled it, cancel id in[protected]; we have communicate 20 to 30 times on your toll free no, and always we get same reply that tomorrow courier person his coming at your address to collect the product & also taken my bank details for returning money, after 15 day these people saying that you have return it within 15 days and we have rejected your complaint and now it can't be return. Verified Support Oct 12, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried to call customer number not getting connected as we have resolution hence email send to customer to share account detail for refund.
