[Resolved] Flipkart — bad service from flipkart and ekart | |||||
#OD[protected] I have ordered MI note 5 pro from flipkart with exchange offer of my old phone. Today the courier person arrived to check my old phone and deliver new one. The moment I handed over him my old phone, he removed the screen-guard(which is in good condition). And then later he checked other specifications of the Phone, like Body check and IMEI verification etc. Everything seems to be perfect for me. But at the end moment, he declined taking the old phone saying that it has scratch on back body panel. But this is not logical that after removing the screen guard, the courier person is denying to take the old phone.When we tried to argue with him, he just thrown away the phone in front o[censored]s and left. When we tried to call the supervisor ([protected]-Bablu(eKart), Badshahpur, Gurgaon), He is also abusing us that this the procedure, we can't accept the old phone.Later when I asked his name, He just provided his nick name and threatened that do whatever you want. Now my concern: 1. Which procedure includes, after removing the screen guard, checking other specifications Removing screen guard means its almost confirmed to take the old phone. 2. The way eKart courier person and supervisor is behaving and threatening like goons, its disgusting. 3. If you have an proper proof for the above issue means, just go to consumer court and put a case against them (Flipkart & Ekart) in consumer court and get proper reply from them
