This to inform you that out of 2 items ordered under order no. Od[protected] you have delivered only one item. But the courier person has collected invoice price of rs.428/-. For your kind information, the parcel was opened in front of the delivery person and He immediately contacted the local delivery office and informed him about the complaint. Please note, the labelpasted over the parcel cover mentioned about balaclava mask 49 black bikeface mask for men - 2 nos. Kindly let us know the fate of other mask which is found missing in the sealed parcel. So let us know whether you will be sending another mask As per our earlier order or else you want us to return the single mask received by us. Verified Support Dec 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because he order for two quantity and received one so one quantity product provided to customer and its delivered hence closing the complaint from our end.
