Flipkart — Bank details update issue

I ordered a product from Flipkart shopping site via android app product order ID is OD[protected]

i received different product as discription

when i return product for refund but I can't get refund

I received a link via SMS and email to add new bank details but page not working properly i can't add details

Please contact me Flipkart to update bank details
