I have ordered a phone OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G (Blue Tide, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM)

Website was showing there is 10% instant discount which was never applied while I placed an order.
I spoke to them immediately and they keep on giving me runarounds and have raised over 7 cases.
Twice their senior representative contacted
they did not know about the issue, they ask me(Strange), Ideally they should go through details.
Secondly, they keep telling me irrelevant things, Like explaining me about no cost emi and total mrp on box of packaging never getting to the point.
Attaching few screenshots here as well that show offer was applicable.
Their system had some issue and never does show discount anywhere on the Bill.
Their senior team is telling me if any instant discount is offered it would not be displayed on Bill.
I dnt know what is happening, No help and I am feeling being cheated.
I call and everytime their representative tells me they are raising it and it would be escalated .
it has been 7 days or more.
Please see if I can get any help
