I've been with Flipkart for almost 10 years, a plus customer, always pampered by Flipkart, all of a sudden out of the blues, I'm kicked out. Even enemies give you a chance to explain or surrender. I find this practise of blocking customers absolutely unethical, a mal practice.
If i would have been informed atleast once that my returns or replacement requests are being noted and would cause trouble for me, probably i would have listened. I'm just a customer, all i can do is request something. May be you guys should make your policies more stringent regarding returns/replacements, as of now they are so easy and convenient that even a slight hint of discomfort and the customer is bound to return or replace. To be honest, it's like a trap you have laid, we request and you Ban us eventually. Please take action against fraudulent customers, not against those who have been shopping with you for 10 odd years, Flipkart is a respectable company, is and has always been an assumption, please don't tarnish your own reputation .
I would only do this once, because i am also a hard earning respectable citizen of my country, i request you to unblock my account, i have orders pending and super coins i could do with, so please look into this obnoxious policy of yours ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
