Flipkart — banned from gamezone

I had a very bad experience with flipkart game zone. I used to play flipkart games regularly and used to win occasionally through snake smash.

Suddenly one day while opening game zone i got an error message stating "we encourage fair play with respect to our terms and conditions". I seriously was very disappointed. Upon contacting customer care they claim that it is sellers authority to remove customers based on some terms and conditions.

The terms mentioned by them are very generic and state that seller has sole responsibility over disqualifying a persons account from game zone. I feel the seller has some internal bots to play these games and are just cheating and preventing people from winning.

Me being a loyal customer and a flipkart plus member, am very disappointed as i am not getting any proper resolution from flipkart end as their customer service teams blindly says that they dont have authority over the same and cannot help.

Kindly help regarding the same.
