[Resolved]  Flipkart — banned unnecessarily from gamezone

I was banned from flipkart yesterday without any reason.

I was playing games in gamezone since october but flipkart had no issues with that. Suddenly out of nowhere they banned me yesterday without any reason.
Even customer care number is helpless, they reply you “you didn't play fairly that's why you're banned”. I asked for the reason but they got none.
They just mean to ban someone for playing good.

Even senior executive is helpless, he replies the same. Not a single of the customer care executives have told me a reason for banning me.

They have no reason to ban me at all. I was winning prizes occasionally since october. Atleast they tell me a valid reason, was i cheating somehow.
If winning something is cheating then why have you made a gamezone. Someone will eventually win that game of yours.

Atleast tell me how to remove my ban or something reasonable about the ban.
I loved to play games on flipkart, you just banned my email and even my phone.

I found this in someone's complaint and realised this is what happened with me.

There is an issue with the algorithm used to identify unfair play and anybody's account can get locked if the below procedure is followed:
1) select win a chance to play by referring the game to your contacts in "guess what" game.
2) the above option will take you to whatsapp contacts to select the contact for game referral
3) if you press go back button without referring the game to your contacts, your account will be blocked

Flipkart please help me to resolve this issue.
