Dear Flipkart Team,

I had purchase Yu Yureka Plus (White, 16 GB) from ur shoping site but i hv a problem (Battery Backup) wid this handset from the time of 1st day i have recive the handset. ill send you a mail regarding this issue. Your solution adviser come to my door but without checking my handset he replayof your mail i replay as he solve the problem i call him again n again he said to me server is slow down ur mail in process so please change my handset or refund my money as soon as possiblem
