Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a bean bag from Flipkart on July 26, 2022 and the delivery date they had was August 2, 2022. I had waited 2 weeks for it and as it was not yet delivered, I called their helpline. They assured me the complainant was "elevated" and that I would receive the order by August 14th. Once, it was not delivered by August 14, I called them again and received the same reply and that it will be delivered by August 21. Again, it was not delivered and the date shifted to 28th. Today, on August 28, I called them again and was reassured that I will receive it by 7 pm. I am writing the complainant at 8 pm on August 28 as I have not yet been delivered the product.
The order I'd of the product is OD[protected] dated July 26, 2022.
I am at the end of my patience dealing with the people at Flipkart as they are not able to tell me where the package is now or when I will definitively receive the product, other than telling me they have "elevated" my complainant and I would receive my order next week evey time I call them.
