[Resolved]  Flipkart — Bedsheet

I placed a order for two bedsheet on 14th June, 2020 on flipkart. My order id is OD[protected]. There were two bedsheets in that order. I paid Rs. 865 Rs. i.e Rs. 426 as price of one bedsheet and Rs. 439 as price of other bedsheet. FUrther i paid 23 super coins I cancelled the order for one bedsheet on the same day i.e 14th June, 2020 for which i received the refund amounting INR Rs. 426 and my supercoins of 23 were also refunded. Then other bedsheet was delivered to me on 17th or 18th June. Bedsheet received was totally of bad quality with colour faded. Hence i placed a return request on the same day of delivery. Bedsheet was picked on the next day i.e on 18th or 19th June. However money of Rs.439 is still not refunded. I am again and again calling on you customer care. They are giving my transaction number of refund as ARN[protected]. But this transaction number is of Rs. 426 only.Refund of Rs, 439 is not received. Hence requesting you to please refund the amount at the earliest. I am attaching my bank statement from 14th June till 25th June for your reference i.e from date of transaction till today. You can check that Rs.865 is debited on 14th June and Rs.426 is credited on 16th June. However Rs.439 is still not yet credited.Requesting you to address. I am calling customer care continuously since last many days and getting same response again and again. Its terrible and very shockening that company is not able to resolve my problem since many days.
