[Resolved]  Flipkart — Big billion day sale a complete bluff

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way you process your delivery. I have ordered apple iphone 6 (Grey, 16 gb), on big billion day sale and it was supposed to be delivered on wed 12th oct 2016 with order no "od[protected]". On 5th oct 2016 the flip kart delivery team called me and said it will get delivered on wed 5th 2016. I have said since the delivery date is on wed 12th 2016, i don't have the phone to be exchanged with me. So please bring it on 10th monday 2016. On monday morning i am getting a message saying the amount has credited back to my account, and when i checked my order status it is showing returned. Please note i have never asked for the return of the product and had no intention to return it. I called the customer care department on monday and now they are saying it was returned because of service issue. Please note i am staying in cochin, in the heart of the city and also have the call records showing that your people will deliver the product to my location. Also my friend in the same office has received the product. And your system itself don't allow some one to purchase an item which cannot be delivered to a particular location. So there is no service issue as said by your customer care representative. Also i wanted to talk to the manager, and the customer care people are repeatedly disconnecting my call and saying they cannot hear me well. I already reset my old phone and transferred all my data from the old phone to my laptop and waiting for the new one. Please note i need my product i have ordered.
