[Resolved] Flipkart — big billion days-lenovo k3 note mobile purchase | |
Order no-OD[protected]Defective mobile delivered. They rejected my first return request even though the technician from their side confirmed that the product is defective.Another return request was lodged on the same day when technician visited.Shortly status of the return request became pick up is approved and will happen next month.(I took the screenshot of that particular pick up message but later that page became unavailable-screenshot attached). Next day technician called and told me to inform Flipkart as there is mismatch in IMEI number.So now two complaints-defective mobile and IMEI mismatch.Lodged these complaints again by calling customer care and asked about the pick up message but they didn't respond to it.After many calls to customer care, I got a reply that Resolution team will contact me next day evening.But next day morning I got another email/call from Flipkart asking to send the snapshots of IMEI number and I did it also but later in the evening they notified that the Resolution team will contact only after 24 hours.Instead of resolving the complaint, they are trying to delay this as last date for return is near.
