[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment done but still order was not successful. when asking about the refund of my payment irrelevant replies.

On wednesday 6/6/18 at 12:04 mins i made a payment for my note 5 pro on flipcart and as payment was successful still the msg shown was order not successful. I have the transaction id which clearly shows that the amount was transferred to flipkart account only as i checked it in my bank.
As it’s been more than 15 days i didn’t got my refund even after complaining and putting several mails on their complain email address. Last time they mailed me your amount will be refunded with in 8 working days but it has nothing progress.

Customer raised a concern stating that the amount was debited from his account but the order was not confirmed.
Spoke to customer and informed that the payment did not go through as it was not received by Flipkart. Request to get in touch with the bank for further assistance. Closing the case.

I have order monola tops rs 869. But I received an empty please. When I opened the package there was only paper and cardboard. I was requested for return. But the return wasn't approved by Flipkart..
I have ordered shoe with a price of 499. amount has been credited from my account initially. Later, i got a message from bank stating that payment has been failed and also ordered has been cancelled.

Requesting you to credit the amount in the same bank and same account number.
