[Resolved] Flipkart — my account | |
I had ordered 2 products from flipkart on 11.03.19 baby napkins and a 1tb sony hard disk but the napkin was not really necessary so i cancelled it on the next day and suddendly all the products that i ordered got cancelled and i tried to order it once more but the rate went high from 3699/- to 4199/- so opted for another 1tb hard disk of sony of 3799/- and then all the items got cancelled by the seller and i received a mail saying that " Hello, We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. Regards, Vikas t Flipkart customer support" The items purchased was for personal use only and on what basis do they say that the products purchased by me is for reselling purpose? I have ordered an samsumg bluetooth in flipkart but received the loose part and requested exchange, it has been one week there is no answer from them.. Please do it aa soon as possible
