My friend had purchased Blackberry curve 9220 model on 18th October with order no OD[protected]

We didn't get any messages regarding the order tracking.
i came to know that mobiles will be deliver with in 3 to 4 working days of the the order booking, till know we didnt get at lest any message update regarding the order tracking and shipment deatils.

please let us know the status on this, and we trust you that you will deliver original product.
