Flipkart, Blackberry — Problem with Item Received - Blackberry Z10 | |||
Hi, Last year on the month of June I have ordered BlackBerry Z10 from FLIPKART site. At the beginning the Mobile was working fine, After few days I observed that mobile is Heating up even with out the usage and also started facing Network and WIFI connectivity problem. I wrote a mail to FLIPKART (Incident No::[protected] saying the same they asked me to contact the authorised service provider, they made me believe that if the problem still persists they said that they would be contacting the BlackBerry Team and get me some support with that, with that assurance I went ahead and checked it with the service center, they are just keeping the mobile for several days and returning it back saying that it has some software issues. After the service mobile was working good for few days and later it started showing the same problem again and again. I have reported the same to the FLIPKART and they are least bothered on helping me. I hope I would get some help with my post. Thanks Avinash Was this information helpful? | |||
