Sir,
I m shopping from Flipkart for a long time. But ur team had black listed me I don’t by which misunderstandings and when i talk to customer service excutive they were saying that mam u had making frauds. But sir i had never done anything wrong this very disappointing that u treat ur customer so badly. I want to login my account cancel an return & refund of my remaining product. Recently i received shoes of ₹6498 i dont like that product and want to return but i cant becoz they were block my account.
I had ordered paid ordered of amounting 1500 i want to cancel that order and refund that order

Updated by urvashi titarmare This is way to resolved the issue of customer here i m not able to login account and you guys marking that issue as a resolved. See if you guys were not able help me so please inform me so i can able to take other actions regarding my complaint. I want to return my shoes and login my id as soon as possible. If you won’t be able to do so then i need to take help from your higher authorities or consumers forum.

Updated by urvashi titarmare If was such bad customer of yours then y u had given me Flipkart pay facility of 10000 aur appreciation points n offer. U blacklist the account because I was placing return usually high, who will inform me that return were placing high becoz I don’t know about such limits of return n u never inform me
