Flipkart — Block my account with out clear my balance

I have been buying products on Flipkart for many years. Flipkart has delivered wrong product many times. Recently, I booked a suit and in exchange of it, another product was sent to me. When I complained about it, my account was blocked without any notice. I contacted customer care thrice.
