Flipkart — blocked my account unreasonably | |||
I raised complaint to flipkart for one of seller who was listing product but was cancelling orders. They assured me action against seller but rather blocked my account unceremoniously. They raised allegation of me being reseller. I have bought all products for personal use till date. My account is very old on flipkart. They stopped giving response or reply to my point by point queries. I am genuine customer & my account should be unblocked. If flipkart had issues with any order they should not have allowed placing order as they usually not allow. There was no warning given & straight account was blocked. Verified Support Jun 25, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Anil, We'd like to let you know as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. | |||
