[Resolved] Flipkart — blocked my account without reason | |||||
I cannot login my flipkart account, when i contacted to Customer care, they said we have blocked your account.The reason said dat you irregular payment used and when i asked about which order... They didn't replied abt which particular order.The payment i have paid, i have all the transactions id and proof of the payment all i have.But they are not saying about order id and they blocked my account. I can prove all the payments paid by me are successful transaction therefore how can they block my account?When i asked the details abt irregular payment of the order in email, no one is replying. When contacted to Customer care about didn't received reply, they are telling me you have fraud payement. Was this information helpful? | |||||
