Flipkart — Blocking of my flipkart account and not returning the delivered products | |
I placed 93 clothing items from flipkart between 2nd and 10th Oct 2021. I returned 71 clothes after it was delivered to me because of the reason that the flipkart had delivered wrong color and wrong size products and also many of those were not looking same as desired by me. Citing the reason that I have placed so many return requests, the flipkart blocked my account, I told them that this is not my fault as the flipkart during festival sale period delivered wrong items to me. I also requested them that if you think I'm wrong, I will not repeat this thing in future and would not place so many return requests. I also told them that in case of clothing products its usual to return so many products and also notice that I have purchased 21 products and the strike rate is not bad as far as clothing items are concerned. However they did not pay heed to my request. Infact now they are not taking my request for return worth Rs. 3553 and also my gift card worth rs 471 is also blocked thus totalling to rs. 4024. Infact they forcefully delivered me a product worth 1995 which was cancelled by me so I want to return it. Was this information helpful? | |
