My order was subject to deliver on 10th april 2018 and time slot they mentioned is 08:00 am to 12:00 pm but my order is delayed. I got updates from flipkart that your order is reached at satellite hub and out for delivery at 08:47 am and the distance between satellite hub and my residence is hardly 10 km. I am writing this at 12:15 pm. How come this much time taken by flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart reported replacement but they did cancelled by themselves only and in site it is showing that replacement is cancelled by me.
So They misguide customers.
Be careful from flipkart. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 11, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the complaint regarding the delay in delivery and defective issue with the product. We have interacted with the customer, apologized and arranged for the technician visit. As per the technician visit update, there was no defect in the product. But customer did not agree. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
