Flipkart — Boat Bluetooth Headphone

I have purchased a Bluetooth head of Boat Rockerz 235V2 Black colour on 21.04.2022 from flipkart as a received defective piece means i am facing some problem in that like Low Sound, bottom is not working properly, connecting issue etc so i place replacement request in flipkart they arrange a call for confirmation as the representative call me and ask the problem then he put my call on hold for 10min and disconnected it without resolving the issue, i am trying to connect them but they are not responding, the replacement warranty is only for 7days. 6days passes and they are not replacing the product and no action taken by them. so please file complains against them. because the also not responding to their help section.
