I have ordered the above item with the order I'd OD[protected] on dated March 3, 2022. Unfortunately I have received a damaged old product and a different local brand in Boat box from the Flipkart. Since then I'm trying to contact Flipkart customer care for several times to return and replace it/refund my money. After several calls finally they accepted the fault and process for replacement, but again the delivery was rejected by the Flipkart without any reson and they marked the issue as resolved. I'm crying for help from the day of delivery. They cheated me with the seller. Without solving my issue or any contact, how they can marked as issue is resolved. Such a nasty kind of customer support they have.
Kindly solve this issue and obliged me.
