I have made a return request of my product on 5 october and tech visit was promised by 9 october since then i had been contacting customer care by mail and telephone but didn't receive any response only. They are delaying this matter and spoiling my festival. Status is not updated in tracking section. Neither the technician had arrived nor contacted. Team support is not marketable and efforts are not satisfying and even did not showing concern about the product damage. Installation team has not guided us. We feel insecure about our purchase and money. We will soon move to consumer court for this attitude
