[Resolved] Flipkart — Breach of trust | |
I have been assured by flipkart executive (named shreya) since long time but there is no resolution from her side. There is big communication gap flipkart is currently facing. They are busy taking orders on BBD and so they dont care about customer with complaints as of now. Never thought a company this grown to be this pathetic in delivering customer. I have issue with my buyback guarantee which i have purchased with my MI 10t phone on 1st march 2021. The said guarantee is exercisable within 6-12 months from the purchase and so i have claimed it to order my new iphone 12 mini. But then i was told by the delivery agent that your imei number doesnt matches with the device. Thereafter i looked into the matter and found that buyback guarantee was not updated due to flipkart’s fault because i got my mi 10t replaced due to issue in the phone. The buyback contained the imei of old phone due to which i m facing the problem. I have ordered the iphone after so many trials coz BBD’s first 2 hrs where too busy also flipkart faced server issue in that tym. Now i m not getting the new phone after it has been more than a week of ordering. Please help me out with the problem ASAP Was this information helpful? | |
