[Resolved] Flipkart — britenova white, purple orchids artificial flower | |||
OD[protected] order id. The order was delayed, one day it was out for delivery and the status was delivered (on14th Aug 2020). I thought may be to meet deadline they have marked it, will deliver later. Then, I raised issue via 'Need Help'. After a lot of mails and calls, on 20th Aug, the delivery boy came to my address saying he has lost the package and begged to acknowledge as I have received the package. My family asked to let him go, but if the package was really lost, why didn't he came before marking fake delivered status, again he marked it as delivered. Still there is no refund, no item delivery no resolution. Pathetic third class customer support from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 23, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The package was delivered to other person with same first name by mistake of delivery person, who called and handed over to us Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
