Flipkart — Broken box with wrong product

Order I D - OD[protected]

I have ordere Titan NN 2598SM04 ladies Karishma Analog wrist watch but received totally different products with different Products ID and price.
Box is also in broken condition without top lid. I is a shameful act by suppliers that he didn't check the item before despatch. This kind of cheap act is not acceptable by a Flipkart.
I am a very old customer of Flipkart and this issue really hurted me because this product is purchased to gift someone and due to this sour delivery now I can not fulfill my wish.

Please look into this matter and take necessary action against this

Issue is not been resolved, my refund is still pending, because pickup is no done by Flipkart courier partner. They are refusing to pickup.
