[Resolved]  Flipkart — broken mobile display on the time of delivery

I have ordered and paid for asus zenfone m1 3gb ram. My order id (Od[protected]
To my shock and surprise when i opened the box the screen of the phone had a crack in left hand side i have immediately raised replacement request to flipkart on the same date of delivery (30-october-2018) since has refused the replacement request flipkart has rejected my replacement and compley me to use the damaged phone i have repeated requests have gone to deaf ears. The supplier m/s vision star is adamant in not replacing the phone that he has sent to me. He does not comply to flipkart 10 days replacement warranty scheme and even flipkart is not keen to enforce it's own rules there by cheating the customers i have read lot about online trading frauds and experiencing on my own. The lethargic attitude of handing a customer grievance is bringing down the credibility of flipkart to all time down. On enquiry from my friends that supplying a damaged product through online sales with an intension to defraud the customer is nothing unusual to these fly by night suppliers. Based on my worst experience i advise not to buy any product from this supplier and buy and large avoid flipkart

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was damaged. We have interacted with the customer and tried raise a replacement request with the seller. But customer was not obeying time to explain and let us to process with request on behalf of seller. And threaten us will see in court and disconnected. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
