[Resolved]  Flipkart — buyback guarantee fraud

This complaint is regarding fraud scheme of flipkart. They call it buyback guarantee on phones.

I bought a honor 9 lite "sapphire blue" colour phone with a buyback guarantee amount of rs.7000 which was delivered on 29th march 2018. That is if i bought a new phone after 6 months (29th august 2018 or afterwards), i was supposed to get a discount of rs.7000 on the list price of new phone. But i have been trying to buy a new phone ever since from the same account on which i ordered honor 9 lite, but the error is displayed as 'abb is not enabled for this account'. I have talked to their customer care several times; tweeted to them; also sent dm on twitter. Despite this, they are not resolving my complaint. Their own turnaround time of resolving my complaint has passed three times already. Out of frustration, i have deactivated my account on flipkart and don't intend to return to them.

At the time of buying the phone, the order showed it to be 'glacier grey' colour, even though i bought a 'sapphire blue' colour phone. I also raised a complaint that time with flipkart customer care (In[protected] pointing out the mistake at their end, but they confirmed through email on 29 march 2018, that i will not face any problems while trying to claim buyback guarantee.

I would advise all the potential customers not to buy this fraud scheme of flipkart. And i have a been a customer of flipkart for the last 10 years or so.
