[Resolved] Flipkart — buyback guarantee on phone (moto e4 plus)

I had bought a phone moto e4 plus three months back with buy back guarantee. Now i want to exchange the phone with mi a1. But it's not giving the proper exchange value. It's giving only rs. 2860/- kindly resolve the issue. So that i can buy the phone. Imei no - [protected]

I have called customer care number of times. But no1 is responding to the issue. I have bought the buy back guarantee by spending money and now am not getting the value for it. It's a harassment towards the customer

Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue: Customer wants to exchange the product with the Buyback Guarantee offer

Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologized and informed him that offer is applicable from 6-8 months. Policy details has been sent to him. Hence, closing the complaint.
