[Resolved]  Flipkart — By mistake paid twice for a jeans and seller is not returning amount

I ordered Tokyo talkies super skinny women blue jeans and paid for it online but due to fault of seller my mom again paid the amount when I was not at home. I have called so many times but customer care is not helping at all. They say that seller will refund the amount but they don't. Please help please help.
