[Resolved]  Flipkart — call disconnects and horrible customer service.

I was expecting a bean bag delivery and it was delayed. All i asked was to cancel the order if it doesn't reach today. The so called supervisor was supposed to pick up the call, it was disconnected. I called back and then reached a horrible english speaking person, within two minutes of me explaining the problem, guess what? Disconnected again.

Spoke to them for the third time, i reached an imran who did not understand anything i said with thick hindi accent. I told supervisor like fifteen times and he transferred the call.

Guess what? Disconnected and i can't call you guys again.

Why do you hire these people? Trust me i will go ahead and go to consumer board. I am already sending a mail to your corporate office.

Hello!

What is Flipkart? - A mental harrasment company.

These guys don't know how to operate their workforce.

I bought a sd card from Flipkart online, which eventually came out to be a fake product. Now these guys have only a "call me back" option, which means I can't make a call myself, instead wait for one of those agents to call me.

Once they call back, the line gets disconnected every now and then. I just can't speak with any supervisor as well. They don't call me back on their own if a call is disconnected.

End point, I am still expecting a resolution of the issue unfortunately.

Rotten service, rotten company. I will make sure this gets spread out in every social media platforms.

I purchased a mobile phone through flipkart, they didn't provide imei number in invoice, after complaining about 40 days they blocked my account saying that too much of refund/replacement product.
Where all replacements/refund of my mobile is done by them.
Whenever their customer support staff calls me the calls gets disconnected, even after giving alternate numbers they didn't try to contact on any number.
They are just delaying my complain by saying plss wait for 24 hrs we will solve your issue.
Pathetic company with pathetic service
Horrible experience faced by Flipkart. I ordered a phone and I received the product as well. Few days later, I got the same amount credited back to my account. I informed Flipkart this issue and they asked me to send the money back. I did and as a proof send a screenshot as well to the mail which they’ve sent . Now after few days, the amount is deducted from my account. My issue is not resolved yet. I called customer care 20 times, either they disconnect or kept me wait for long. No response or no progress after reporting this issue. I submitted all my proofs and details to Flipkart and still they are not working on it. They can just check the mail which they’ve send me and can verify and resolve this issue. But they are wasting my time and money . I need an immediate solution for this issue.
