[Resolved]  Flipkart — camera defect in moto e4 plus

I purchased moto e4 plus on 6th august 2017 having order id od[protected]. Its camera is so bad that video recording does'nt works in room.in fact one is not able to record any moments of joy in evening having adequate light.
In essence video recording does not works at evening neither primary or secondary, it also hangs.
When i called to customer care to return the product they denied by saying it cant be returned even its been within 10 days of purchase.

I dont know y the flipkart has made the user freindly refund policy if they has so many execuses and unable to execute the same . It was my first experience with flipkart which was very worst and thats y i always prefer amazone and in future i will never recomend anyone to shop from flipkart and i myself will never shop from it as they are very careless about customer relation.

We have seller's 10 days replacement policy where we can provide replacement to our customer only if the product is defective or defect. Here in this case, customer doesn't like the product. Product is as it is mentioned in our product page. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

I have order moto E4 plus i wont to replace product. By by mistake in case of back cover and glass i have return mobile. 25 days today still i didn't receive replacement or refund i have lose my phone n money i have taken help from helpline number but they are delayed time every day to solve the problem first they told 3/7/2017 your problem will solveafter that 10/7/2017 still not solve plz plz help me contact number [protected]
