This is Venkatesh working as Assistant Professor at Manipal University Jaipur. I have placed an order no: OD[protected] on dated 3rd October 2016.. As per date 13th Oct 2016 on the given logistic service ( ekart logistics) shows “Received at Jaipur Hub”. But no one come for the delivery, when I contacted the customer care they said delivery date is 15th Oct 2016 so wait till then.
Today on dated 14th Oct 2016 Flipkart cancel my order. After contacting the customer care team I got to know that as per the ekart logistic my address was coming under their no service area then why this service area pin code is listed and accepted in Flipkart e-shopping website or App. How can Flipkart cancel my order without my consent? Why Flipkart block my money for twelve days from 3-Oct-2016 to 14-Oct-2016? This is totally wastage of my time and money.
Due to this there is a dispute in my house because this order item is for my wife on the occasion of her birthday. This is totally harassment with me. As off now, I am totally disappointed. Flipkart have no control on suppliers or their logistic partners.
Looking forward to receive the response soon from consumer complaint section.
