Flipkart — cancel order finch fox chair from order od[protected] | |||
Dear sir or madam: I had changed the delivery address for the order od[protected] for finch fox chair from kolhapur pincode 416012 to mumbai 400093 within 24 hours of placing order. I received confirmation on this change of delivery address. I had also called customer care on 19sep 2020 and customer care person had confirmed change of address to mumbai 400093. But today when i called customer care, i was informed that delivery will happen at kolhapur 416012. When i tried to cancel order the customer care person gave some lame excuse of technical issue so cancellation will happen later. This is nonsense. Product is still with seller and has not shipped yet. Still i cannot change delivery address nor cancel the order. Kindly cancel my order immediately failing which i will raise a chargeback request against flipkart with my credit card bank and also take legal action for failure of flipkart to honour the change in address or cancel order even though product hasn't shipped as of today. Pls see attachments. I have recorded my conversation with flipkart customer care and will file consumer complaint for this nonsensical customer service.
