[Resolved] Flipkart — Canceled an order in flipkart and refund not yet credited even after last date. | |
I ordered a laptop 'cooling pad' from Flipkart on 16-AUG-2020 which cost 1, 599rs and paid the amount with my debit card. I canceled it on the same day hours later because of some personal reasons. Flipkart said the amount will be refunded by 25 of August. Now that day has passed and I haven't received any refund from them. The chatbot said they are working with smaller customer support teams so you may need to wait for longer than usual before you can speak to an agent. But how long? Will I get my money back? Or is it gone, Flipkart just stole my money? Help me please. I need that money back as soon as possible.

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 16 Aug 20 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
