I have placed an order for Realme Book Laptop on 10th of August 2022 for ₹45490/- which was scheduled to be delivered on 12th of August but the seller has not dispatched the product till 12th of August so I have contacted the helpline and they said it will be delivered by 15th August. But I could see that the product was never dispatched from the seller and the price of the Product is increased by ₹14, 500/- and the seller has cancelled my Prepaid order giving some reasons.
If the seller has informed earlier during the sale then I would have purchased another laptop but now the sale is over and I have to pay more for all the laptops.
I want to place the order for same laptop and I want the seller to compensate the additional amount which is increased now.
