Flipkart — canceling my return request 2 times automatically

I'm a valuable customer of flipkart from beginning and i was getting a good experience from flipkart except my last order.
I'm a flipkart plus member, but if i'm getting this type of service then we can imagine about a normal customer. I have ordered a sony lens sel50f18 but i have received a different model sel50f18f. So i have raised my return request but the seller or flipkart cancel my request 2 times without any reason. Without any courier person come. From the date of 9sep 2019 i have raised the return request 3 times. Is this your plus service for a customer. If i m getting a wrong model no. Because of your seller put the wrong information on your website, inspite you take action on your seller you are harresing to your valuable customer. Requesting you to take return your wrong product back as per your 10days return policy.

Flipkart harassing me on this case.. now the seller ask me for a valid ID proof for th return. What is this.. why I should provide the my ID to return a product. Where it is written in your policy. You are saving the face of a ### seller.

Again 3rd time Flipkart have cancel the Return Pickup Shipment. I have also file a complaint on Consumer Court against flipkart and seller.
