[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of my order after making wait for more than 10 days | |||||
I had placed my order of a shoe pair on 10th nov 2018. I have been told that the order will be delivered on 17th. I did not get any deliver nor even any message informing the status. Then Flipkart gave 20th as the delivery date. I met the same fate again. Then i called up customer care and they assured me delivery on 23rd. And finally they cancelled the delivery. Who is responsible for all this nonsense? Is their no responsibility of the flipkart in such a laggard business Was this information helpful? | |||||
