[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of my order without my permission | |||
The product I ordered was first delayed and then cancelled without my permission . They said As the product was delayed, so they think I would have cancelled the product and thus they cancelled my product on their own . When i called them they said that according policy they cannot give me the product now as its out of stock and once it comes in stock I have to place a new order once again . I kept saying that the product which I "returned" "unwillingly" should be in stock and thus on the website it should have been in stock . But still he kept on sayin his unusual things to pretend that the fault was mine . Flipkart I didn't expect it from you a big thumbs down Was this information helpful? | |||
