[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of my product by flipkart itself

My name is Ayan Das. I am from kolkata, west bengal.I ordered redimi note 3 at 9th august 2016 through credit card EMI facility. The expected date of delivery is 23rd august 2016.But the order did not come to the expected date. They cancelled the order on 24th august 2016 and said that due to Unforeseen Logistical issue the seller cancelled the order and the money will refund after 8 working days. But I have to pay interest to bank for EMI. This is really a harassment to me. I told them to refund my money with interest as I have to pay the interest to the bank but they denied.It has been 15 days I paid the money.My order id is OD[protected]. I want justify. I am giving you screen shoot on order details.

I called them several times. They said that order will deliver to u at expected date. But when the expected dates gone they cancelled the item.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
