[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of order by flipkart customer care | |||
From the very beginning of e-commerce revolution, me and my all near & dears used to trust flipkart because of its excellent services. But today, flipkart caused a lot of inconvenience to me. I waited so long for mi 4a 32gb and today finally there was a sale at 12 noon and i successfully ordered 2 handsets (One rose gold and one black variant) but after some time i realized to cancel one of the order and i called flipkart customer care and asked one the executive that is it possible to cancel my only "one handset"... He said yes sir i can and put me on hold and after a while he shocked me by saying that "sir i have cancelled your both handsets;i'm so sorry". Now its like a mental harassment and i want either compensation or my handset delivered withing one week else i'll approach consumer court for justice.
