[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of order without any intimation | |||||
Order ID: OD[protected]. I had placed order for a Lavie Hobo (black) bag worth Rs. 2373/- on 23.01.2019. On 25.01.2019, the item was cancelled without any intimation/ notification. When I called customer care, the representative told "the seller has cancelled the order as he has received bulk order. Please place order again". What kind of irresponsible behaviour is that? How can Flipkart wash their hands off just like that?? Is it not Flipkart's responsibility to ensure delivery of the product. I had already few items in the cart and was about to place order by tomorrow but now I am going to boycott this cheap and fraudulent site forever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
